Penny was one of the featured artists in the Spotlight section of the Glass Craftsman, (Issue No. 184, June/July 2004, pp. 48 – 50.

Publication

Five of Penny's works were just listed in the book Best of America Glass Artists (Kennedy Publications, 2011).

Awards

Penny was one of 26 artisans selected for the North American Glass 2004, Biennial Exhibition of Contemporary Glass. June 13 – July 24, 2004, presented at the Guilford Hand Craft Center, Guilford, Ct.

Penny's large blue woven bowl was one of the pieces chosen for the juried membership show at Danforth Museum. The piece was sold opening night.
